The Walsh Cavaliers, featuring former Brunswick High standout Quintero Barnett, secured an 86-68 victory over the Northern Michigan Wildcats in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Sunday, March 15. Barnett, now playing for Walsh, helped the team advance in tournament play.
Tipoff was 7:30 p.m. at Alumni Arena for their first tournament meeting with the Wildcats.
The Cavaliers will return to Alumni Arena for their next game at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17.
