On Thursday, March 6, former Highland High School standout John Toth’s current college team, the Ashland Eagles, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayne State Warriors.
The game took place at Chain of Lakes Field. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3:45 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against California Vulcans.
