Lea Holmes, a notable alumna of Brunswick High School, took the court on Thursday, Feb. 26, playing a key role in the Northwood Timberwolves’ 70-56 triumph over the Tiffin Dragons.
The sophomore center, standing 6 feet tall, posted 18 points, grabbed six rebounds and blocked two shots while logging 27 minutes.
Holmes and the Timberwolves are set to face the Hillsdale Chargers on the road Saturday, Feb. 28 at 1 p.m.
