On Saturday, March 14, the Northwood Timberwolves, featuring former Brunswick High School standout Lea Holmes, secured a 60-49 victory over the UMSL Tritons in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The game was held at 5 p.m. at GVSU Fieldhouse Arena and marked the teams’ first tournament meeting.

The Northwood Timberwolves are set for their next matchup Monday, March 16, at 7 p.m. at GVSU Fieldhouse.
