On Saturday, April 5, former Medina Highland High School standout Paige Berkmeyer’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northwestern Wildcats.
The game took place at Sharon J. Drysdale Field. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.
The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. at Sharon J. Drysdale Field against Northwestern Wildcats.
