On Monday, March 16, the Northwood Timberwolves, led by former Brunswick High School standout Lea Holmes, were defeated 69-59 by the Grand Valley State Lakers in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
The matchup was held at 7 p.m. inside the GVSU Fieldhouse.
Holmes added 12 points, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal in 23 minutes on the court.
