Owner and Broker, Jill Marks Lorentz Celebrates 5 Years with RE/MAX Local Experts
Please join us as we celebrate her accomplishments with her fellow Chamber members, cherished clients, incredible business partners, and growing team of realtors!
To commemorate her five-year anniversary with RE/MAX Local Experts we will hold a special ribbon cutting ceremony courtesy of the Brown County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, March 24 at noon at 100 S. High St. Mt. Orab.
Complimentary lunch will be provided. Come see their office and meet the staff. They will be offering tours and open to any and all questions you may have about RE/MAX Local Experts.

Have you met our local franchise Owner and Broker, Jill Marks Lorentz?
Jill was born and raised in Georgetown, Ohio and is a fourth generation Realtor!
She graduated from Georgetown High School and attended college at Morehead State University, earning degrees in Industrial Arts (Drafting & Design) and Business Mngt. Not long after, she continued her education at Thomas More College, earning an MBA in Finance.
In 2003 Jill shifted her career as an Investment Advisor to New Home Construction Sales. She attended Hondros College for both Real Estate and Insurance Licensing Certifications and has been an award-winning Real Estate advisor since!
In 2017 Jill was awarded a RE/MAX franchise and began to build RE/MAX Local Experts in Mt Orab. In February, Jill renewed her franchise agreement in Mt Orab and now has her sights set on expansion opportunities in additional communities later this year.
Along with her husband Chip, Jill has expanded her business portfolio beyond rental properties to include:

- Local Experts Agent Referral Network (RE Referral/License Holding Co.)
- White Oak Homes (New Home Builder)
