Understanding the Generations in the workplace to lead more effectively

How do we lead effectively across generations?

Do you have leaders in your organization from varying generations? This workshop will educate you on how to best be a leader to these generations by learning about their values and their LEAD language. We’ll have fun learning about the different generations so we can be more empathetic to their needs and become more effective leaders. 

  • Understand the different generations and their LEAD language
  • The difference in the generations & provide context around these differences
  • Share tools that will help you leverage the differences to accomplish your organizational goals

Advanced registration required. No walk-in registrations on event day.

Please note that No Shows will be billed. Cancellations must be received by our office by 2:00 pm the Friday before the event to receive a credit.
