County of Medina recently issued the following announcement.
Medina County Commissioners are accepting applications for a volunteer committee member to the County Home Advisory Council.
One representative is needed for the category of Mental Health or Healthcare Professional. Council is responsible for: 1) providing advice to the Commissioners and County Home Superintendent with regard to expenditures, staffing, capital improvements, programs and policies; 2) preparing, recommending and monitoring a multi-year plan for the County Home; and 3) making recommendations to the Commissioners regarding future property tax levies in support of the County Home. Applications are available at www.medinaco.org (click on “Important Forms” then select “Commissioners” or by contacting the Medina County Commissioners’ Office at rbeck@ohmedinaco.org or 330-722-9208.
