Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30

N

There will be a Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30th, causing short-term road closures of U.S. 42 (Pearl Rd.) and S/R 303 (Center Rd.) The parade is scheduled to depart at 10:40am from the Brunswick Middle School (1483 Pearl Rd.) with a stop at Westview Cemetery for a short memorial ceremony before returning to the Brunswick Middle School.  Below are details on the road closures:

U.S. 42: Closed between Oxford Drive and S/R 303. Roadway will temporarily re-open during parade stop at cemetery.

S/R 303: Closed between Meadowbrook Blvd. and U.S. 42.  Road will remain closed for duration of parade as parade vehicles will be parked on S/R 303 during the stop at the cemetery. Non-commercial vehicles can access Pearl Rd. via Meadowbrook Blvd. and Hickory Ridge Drive.

We are anticipating the parade finishing and all affected roadways opened up by noon.
