On May 15, WPD faced Wadsworth Fire and EMS Department in the annual Andy Hontert Memorial Softball Game.
$600 was raised during the game and will be donated to Barberton Citizens Hospital’s Cancer Unit which cared for Andy during his treatment.
We wanted to thank everyone who came out to support and cheer on both teams. Although we weren’t able to secure a win this year, we will be practicing for next year!
