Southwest Parking Lot Project Update:
The project is near completion, and we hope to open it up ahead of the October 11th contract completion date. Remaining items include pavement markings, dumpster pad and screening installation, and landscaping. There have been some material and subcontractor delays on these final items, but even with that, we anticipate these items should be completed by mid-September. The landscaping is scheduled to take place mid to the end of September to allow for optimal temperatures for planting.
