Acess the Arts was established in 2018 and certified by the State of Ohio as a non-profit. It is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Their primary purpose is to provide opportunities that unite the community and offer a platform for those who would like to share their talents to inspire others in all art forms. They strive to provide an exposure to the arts and interactive opportunities for the elderly, the disabled and the underprivileged, and to promote appreciation for and education in the fine and performing arts for people of all ages. They are funded by grants, corporate donations and contributions from Individuals.
Access the Arts has been coming to the Home for the last 3 years. They are currently providing weekly ukulele lessons, arts and crafts projects, live music events, interactive digital orchestra music, and introduction/lessons to the game of Pickleball.
