No Shave November' Campaign

The Wadsworth Police Department will be participating in our sixth-annual 'No Shave November' campaign. Officers and department members may make a donation and are then able to wear a blue ribbon pin. This year, we've selected our recipient to be Alicia Terepka, a former Wadsworth resident, and current Medina resident. Alicia was diagnosed with breast cancer in August and underwent a double mastectomy just a few weeks ago. Alicia, a mom to two daughters, 17 and 6, will be going through chemo as a single mother, and we are asking for the community's help to bring awareness to Alicia and her battle with cancer. Alicia works for the Medina County Job and Family Services as an Eligibility Specialist. She is also the sister-in-law of one of our officers.

If you would like to donate to help Alicia, 100% of all donations will go to Alicia, and can be sent to the Wadsworth FOP Lodge 45 or dropped off at the Police Department. Please mail donations to 'Wadsworth FOP Lodge 45, P.O. Box 645, Wadsworth, OH 44282.' Donations can be cash or check, but please write 'No Shave November' on the memo line if you write a check. We also have an online PayPal donation link that goes directly to our FOP Lodge. This is the ONLY form of online donation accepted. Anything else other than the link below is NOT our fundraiser. If you are able to donate, thank you so much for your support. If you're not able to donate, please consider sharing this post to raise awareness and support.
