EXTRA HELP WITH MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN COSTS
Medicare beneficiaries can qualify for Extra Help with their Medicare prescription drug plan costs. The Extra Help is estimated to be worth about $4,900 per year. To qualify for the Extra Help, a person must be receiving Medicare and have limited resources and income.
MEDICARE SAVINGS PROGRAMSYou can get help from your state paying your Medicare premiums. In some cases, Medicare Savings Programs may also pay Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments if you meet certain conditions.
