Time: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Local fire departments will be present to inspect food trucks and ensure they meet safety standards, while the Lucas County Health Department will oversee food safety practices. The Toledo Treasury Department will also be on-site to assist food truck owners with registering their vehicles.Food truck owners are asked to bring proof of insurance and their vendor’s license. Bring your proper documents and you can ride out with your registration. Additionally, the event will unveil the online "Open Counter" application, where food trucks can apply for registration.
