On Tuesday, March 25, former Medina Highland High School standout Paige Berkmeyer’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Tuesday, March 25, former Medina Highland High School standout Paige Berkmeyer’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Iowa Panthers.

The game took place at Eichelberger Field. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at Eichelberger Field against Washington Huskies.
