Wadsworth police officer Marc Gramley named employee of the month

Officer Marc Gramley has been named Wadsworth’s Employee of the Month for February. Since joining the Wadsworth Police Department in January 2024, Gramley has been recognized for his dedication and proactive approach to public safety.

According to the city, Gramley’s work in narcotics interdiction has contributed to a reduction in drug-related activity in the community. He is noted for his investigative skills, decision-making under pressure, and understanding of targeted enforcement.

In 2025, Gramley led the department in OVI arrests and continues to focus on roadway safety. He is described as having a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. His peers have recognized him as a team player, with previous Officer of the Month honors awarded in December 2024 and February 2025.

The City of Wadsworth expressed appreciation for Gramley’s service and commitment to the community.
