Litchfield Township issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.

Thanks to the COVID pandemic, the Litchfield Fire & Rescue Association had to find a creative alternative to their semi-annual fundraiser: a Drive-Through Food Truck Fundraiser!
The menu is still being decided, but rest assured it will include the fun fair foods you might have missed this year, like sausage sandwiches, funnel cakes and steak sandwiches.
One thing that won’t change is that the money raised by the nonprofit Litchfield Fire & Rescue Association will be used for their many community events and, possibly, for the purchase of equipment for the Litchfield Fire & Rescue Department.
