Medina County Office for Older Adults issued the following announcement on Feb 10.
The Restaurant Voucher Program is provided to the residents of Wadsworth City, Wadsworth Township, Sharon Township, Guilford Township, and in Montville Township, east of I-71. This program entitles participants to receive anywhere from one to 8 vouchers per month to be used at the Soprema Senior Center and Café, 617 School Drive, Wadsworth, Ohio. Vouchers are redeemed for either a hot meal or a sandwich. Fruit, vegetables and milk are also part of the restaurant voucher. There is a suggested donation of $1.00 per meal. Vouchers can be redeemed Monday through Thursday from 11:30am to 1:30pm. This is a great way for seniors in the Wadsworth area to socialize with peers, participate in Soprema Senior Center activities, or just get out of the house and enjoy a meal! Applications for the program are available on Mondays at the Soprema Center from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
