Brunswick Ohio Police issued the following announcement on Apr 11.
This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week and we want to recognize the ladies and gentlemen that work in our dispatch center and say Thank You for all of your hard work and dedication you provide to our officers, firefighter/medics, and the citizens. These folks take thousands of phone calls every year, often from folks experiencing an emergency and in a frantic state, and our Communications Specialists stay calm and get help on the way as soon as possible.
